Of Sale
1 PAYMENT
a Non account customers are requested to make payment on delivery or collection.
b Account customers - payment terms strictly 30 days from invoice date.
The goods remain the property of Gedney Bulb Company Ltd until paid in full. Debt recovery costs will be charged in full to the debtor.
2 All ORDERS and PRICES are subject to availability.
All prices are NETT and subject to VAT at the current rate.
3 CLAIMS Complaints against goods must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
4 SUBSTITUTES We reserve the right if necessary to substitute without notification, one variety to the nearest unless the customer specifies otherwise.
5 DELIVERY
BULBS within 200 miles of Gedney
Orders of bulbs over £400 nett – delivery is FREE
Orders of bulbs less than £400 nett, delivery is charged at £20.00
Bulb orders for delivery over 200 miles of Gedney - delivery is charged at cost.
POTTED PLANTS within 125 miles of Gedney
Orders of potted plants over £375 nett – delivery is FREE
Orders of potted plants less than £375 nett – delivery is £45.00
Potted plants for delivery over 125 miles of Gedney – delivery is charged at cost.
OPEN GROUND PLANTS within 125 miles of Gedney
Orders over £500 nett, delivery is FREE
Orders less than £500 nett, delivery is £45.00
Open ground plants for delivery over 125 miles of Gedney – delivery is charged at cost.
We regret we cannot guarantee to make deliveries for a specific time of day.
6 FUEL SURCHARGE - We reserve the right to apply a fuel surcharge, should derv cost more than 90p/litre.
7 HANDLING CHARGE As wholesale suppliers we reserve the right to add a handling charge for small quantities.
8 We cannot guarantee all bulbs to be true to name.
9 We cannot be held responsible for any crop failure.
10 This Spring 2008 list cancels all previous lists.
By placing an order the buyer is considered to have agreed to our terms.

Herbaceous and Bulbs
For collection ex nursery there is a 5% discount (orders
over £50 nett). Please give at least 24 hours notice for
collections from the nursery.
Alpine & Rockery Plants
The collected price of 48p is already discounted
HOW TO FIND GEDNEY BULB COMPANY Ltd
From SPALDING, SLEAFORD, BOSTON, PETERBOROUGH:
Along A17, follow signs for Kings Lynn. Once you have passed Holbeach on
the right, you will see the Anglia Motel and farm shop on the right. Take the
second turning on the left signed for Gedney Dyke etc. The road will zig-zag
into the village of Gedney Dyke. Once through the village, take next turning
right into Middle Drove and then take first right to glasshouses and buildings
on the right of the small road.
From KINGS LYNN:
On the A17 at Gedney,at the roundabout, take third turning signed for Gedney
North & Gedney Dyke. Almost immediately, turn right (signed for Gedney Dyke
on the B1359) and follow the road into the village, to the T-junction. Turn right
and follow the road out of village. About 100 yards after sharp left-hand bend,
turn right into Middle Drove and then take first right to glasshouses and
buildings on the right of the small road.
